  • Respect, Sex, Confidence, Power, Money

First 5 Lines

  • Short & To the point
  • Hit emotions ASAP
  • Get to the point quick
  • Keep the reader engaged
  • Use a story
  • Scene Vs Narrative (Narrative explains a problem) (Scene makes you FEEL the problem)

Email Body (Skip This Part On A Short Email Approach)

  • Tell a story
  • Make them feel the pain point
  • Hint at the solution by sneaking in links
  • Avoid COMMAS

Call To Action

  • Bold this part
  • Be very clear in telling them what to do
  • Click HERE
  • Use words like Discover, Claim, Grab,
  • Insert the actual link below it. Not embedded into text

Conclusion

  • Ask them to send a reply

Customer Service SOPs

Check Failed Charges & Follow Up With The Buyer SOP

Use this SOP to check failed charges and follow up with the buyer regarding his payment. 

  • Go to Infusionsoft.
  • In homepage, click on Failed Charges.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the most recent failed charges.
  • Look at the balance column on the far right.
  • If there’s an amount indicated there, that means the payment has failed. If you see another entry for the same user but there’s also an amount indicated in Inv total, meaning his next payment was successful.
  • Click on the user’s profile and investigate if payment was really unsuccessful.
  • Process manual payment, go to orders, recent orders, order form.
  • Go to payments, click add payment
  • Amount – amount due
  • Payment Type – credit card charge now
  • Credit Card – select user’s card
  • CVC – Blank
  • Merchant Account – Real Men Real Style
  • Notes – Course Name and amount
  • Apply Payment. If failed, send an email to the customer.

Conflict Resolution SOPs, Customer Service SOPs

Check Orders & Welcome Email SOP

August 3, 2016 RMRS1

Use this SOP for every orders/payments received for paid courses.

  • Open Infusionsoft and search for buyer’s profile.
  • Click Campaigns
  • Check welcome email sent. Open email.
  • Try the logins (username & password) if you are able to login without any issues.
  • If Login details are blank open the course back end (WordPress)
  • Search for the buyer’s account. Make sure nickname and username are not the same because it will cause issues with the login. Change Nickname if it’s the same.
  • Reset password. Email the buyer and send login details.
