This applies to every orders/payments received for paid courses.
- Open Infusionsoft and search for buyer’s profile.
- Click Campaigns
- Check welcome email sent. Open email.
- Try the logins (username & password) if you are able to login without any issues.
- If Login details are blank open the course back end (WordPress)
- Search for the buyer’s account. Make sure nickname and username are not the same because it will cause issues with the login. Change Nickname if it’s the same.
- Reset password. Email the buyer and send login details.
