In 99.9% cases MENFL Virtual Ticket buyers do receive username and passwords. If an issue happened, and buyers was sent email containing EMPTY username and password fields, we want to:
1. Login to MENFL web-site backend
2. Unders Wishlist Member>Members make sure his profile was in fact created
3. If profile was not created, go to Users and create new profile. Make sure to assign Virtual Ticket membership level
4. If profiles is created, go to Users and modify existing profile. Make sure username and nickname are different.
5. Send user updated information.
Note: the process is pretty much the same we use for any membership buyers like TPIB or AMGTS
