Use this SOP when editing and reimaging old articles

 

We do go back to the previous articles and refer to this sheet.

Login to RMRS WordPress. Enter username & password.

Go to All Posts. Enter the last page number worked by Kat or Jane. (Can be found at the last article from this sheet – notes has been inserted)

Fill out the fields in the sheet and refer to the checklist below:

1. Remove & replace images showing the face. (Except for sponsored posts and RMRS Images) Images added positioning needs to be alternate. If top image is on the left next image below should be at the right side.
2. Fix the spacing, wrong spelling and grammar in the article.
3. Replace the amazon links with RMRS affiliate links found in column D in the Master Affiliate Link Manager sheet. Example of correct affiliate link – http://www.realmenrealstyle.com/104-amz-amazon-prime
4. Click Publish after making the necessary changes and view post to check if all changes has been made.
