Use this SOP when onboarding a new buyer of The Style System
- Call the new buyer asap
- Make an introduction and ask if he was able to login successfully to the course. Ask for his goals and expectations before taking the course.
- Send the welcome email.
- Add the new student’s info in this sheet-.
- Determine how much the user paid for TSS. Check the receipt and order in Infusionsoft and add the necessary details in the sheet above.

For installment buyers we send this welcome email:
- Follow up with TSS Buyers
- Go this sheet
- Check tasks accomplished by users
- Send follow up emails once a week.
- Set up the 1-on-1 meeting with Gavin when they reach 75% of the main course (full-priced buyers)
- Graduates – send a graduation certificate
